All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Mainland Portugal: 5 to 8 business days

  • Azores and Madeira: 7 to 12 business days

  • Europe: 5 to 12 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as logistics, high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping is free within UK.


📦 Shipping Information & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking code (when available) to follow the delivery status. Some international shipments may not include full tracking.


🏠 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the provided address is correct. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional shipping fee.
